EB Skin Beauty Cult Membership Terms and Agreement:

Our terms are simple with just a few rules to keep in mind so that we may continue to serve you in the best possible manner. Our Beauty Cult Membership Program offerings include many benefits including special reduced pricing on many of our most popular treatment services as well as 15% off all skincare and retail products sold at EB Skin.

As part of your Beauty Cult Membership your $99 monthly fee is banked in your client wallet and may be redeemed at cash value towards both treatments and any retail products. This $99 cash value is available for you to use within (35) days after you are charged for your membership dues. Unused monthly credits will expire after 35 days. Membership credits are non-transferable and non-refundable. You may not use your membership credit to pay for another person’s service including family members. You may not use your membership credits to purchase gift cards. Memberships auto-renew on a monthly basis. Your credit card and email address is required for participation in our Beauty Cult Membership Program. Your credit card will remain securely on file and each month your credit card will be charged the amount of $99 on the _____ of each month. Please note, our secure system only allows us to see the last 4-digits of your credit card number.

There is a one-time $50 set up fee to begin your membership. This fee is designed to discourage individuals from starting and stopping memberships at will. As long as your membership stays active, you will never be charged this fee again. If you cancel your membership and then restart it at a later date, you will once again be charged the $50 set up fee.

You have the opportunity to put a freeze on your membership once every year. This is to accommodate members who change residences seasonally or experience unexpected events that prevent them from utilizing their memberships such as medical conditions, pregnancy, or extended travel. Only one account freeze - lasting up to 6 months is allowed per year and all membership benefits will be inaccessible during the freeze period. Freezing your membership does not preserve current membership credit. All current credits will expire 35 days after last membership payment. To place a freeze on your membership, you must contact our business via phone or email during normal business hours prior to the first of the month. When you decide to unfreeze your membership, you will not be charged the setup fee to resume and begin enjoying your benefits again. Only one membership freeze is permitted per year per account.

EB Skin Beauty Cult Memberships are a minimum of 90 days. After the initial 90 period, you may cancel your membership at any time provided that notification is given via phone call or email during normal business hours at least two business days prior to your assigned auto renewal charge date. As of the effective date of a termination, all membership discounts will cease. EB Skin reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Beauty Cult Membership Program upon advance prior written notice. Membership Benefits may not be applicable in combination with other spa promotions. EB Skin reserves the right to adjust service fees and membership fees at any time. Future promotions may or may not be combined with membership benefits. Always read the fine print when you see a special promotion.

By signing this agreement you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and wish to enter this agreement with EB Skin to obtain a Beauty Cult Membership. I understand that this membership will not be effective until the General Terms Agreement has been executed and all of its terms have been complied with. By providing an email address, I expressly consent to receive email messages regarding various products, newsletters and special offers. You agree to pay EB Skin for the membership according to the payment schedule shown above.
