I’m in! How do I sign up? We have 2 convenient ways for you to sign up for the Beauty Cult Membership. One way is to visit our studio during normal business hours. We will have you give your credit card information and sign your contract. We will have a special gift bag to give you to welcome you to the Beauty Cult! You can sign up on the day of your next appointment or when you need to come in an grab some product. We will give you the membership pricing for any purchases the day you sign up! The second way to become a member is to sign up online through your patient portal.   (Click here to sign in.) Then click on the “Memberships”.

After I pay my membership fee, how long do I have to use my $99 credit? You will have 35 days to use your credit once your card has been charged. You must use your credit within the allotted time period. We will not issue refunds for unused credits. Our Beauty Cult Membership is best suited for customers who visit our studio to care for their skin or purchase products on a monthly basis.

May I cancel any time? After your initial 3 month agreement, you may cancel your membership any time. Just make sure that you let us know 2 days prior to your membership fee debit date.

May I use my $99 monthly credit towards anything I want? You may use your monthly credit toward any and all services and products offered at EB Skin. The only things that you are not allowed to use the credit towards are gift cards, services for other people, future service credits, or late cancelation and no-show fees.

If I can’t come in one month, can I give my credit to someone else? No. Membership credits my not be shared with other customers including spouses, children, or friends. If you can’t make it in for a treatment within your 5 week credit period, we recommend using your credit to purchase one of your favorite skincare products.

What if I live outside of Nashville for part of the year, or what if I have a procedure that prevents me from using my membership? Each Beauty Cult member is allowed one account freeze per year for up to a 6 month period. Just let us know before your payment date and we will freeze or unfreeze your membership.

What’s up with the $50 set up fee? There is a one-time $50 set up fee to begin your membership. This fee is designed to discourage individuals from starting and stopping memberships at will. As long as your membership stays active, you will never be charged this fee again. If you cancel your membership and then restart it at a later date, you will once again be charged the $50 set up fee.
