Studio Policies
Parking
Please park in one of the EB Skin designated parking spots located in the parking lot behind the building. EB Skin will be the first glass door on the left that you come to as you walk towards the front.
Arrival time
Nobody likes to be rushed! Please try to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow you to find parking, sign your consent form, and relax for a few minutes before being called back for your treatment.
Silence is golden
At EB Skin, you will enjoy a peaceful and relaxing experience. We ask all of our guest to please use their “spa voices” to help us maintain a quiet atmosphere.
Cell Phones
We fully understand that a great way for you to relax may be to scroll through your Instagram feed or peruse the internet for adorable cat photos. We also know that many of you need to remain available to children or other loved ones. So feel free to hang onto your phone at all times if you choose. We only ask that you flip that little switch on the side of your phone upon entering the studio to make sure your phone is on vibrate only.
Precautions
If you’re pregnant, have allergies, medical conditions, or are taking medications that may affect your skin’s sensitivity, please consult with your physician to determine which services are right for you.
Be sure to inform your technician of any medical condition or concern before your service begins.
Cancelation Policy
As a courtesy to our service providers at EB Skin, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancelations received after the 24 hour mark will be automatically charged a $50 cancelation fee with no exceptions made. If you cancel on the day of your service or and we are unable to fill your slot or if you fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the fee for the scheduled service.
Covid 19 Policy
At this time, we invite all guests to enjoy all areas of the studio without wearing masks.
Service providers wear masks upon your request.
Please do not enter the studio if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms: Cough, shortness of breath, fever.
Please do not enter the studio if you have a pending Covid-19 test.
Medical grade sanitation is being thoroughly administered to treatment rooms between each service as well as regularly throughout the studio.
